Ear candling is a natural way to clean out accumulated wax and flaky fungus from the ear. Ear candling is a painless, harmless and relaxing experience.

An ear candling session usually lasts approximately one hour. It may take 2 or 3 candling sessions to get your ears cleaned of accumulated wax.

Once your ears are cleaned, having your ears candled every 3-6 months would be practical as well as recommended to keep your ears clean. Ear Candling should not be done on people who have ear tubes, perforated ear drums or artificial ear drums.

For the best results, three days before your session place a drop of cooking or olive oil into the ear. (Lay your head on a table and let the oil fall into the ear from the end of a Q-Tip)
